Cheers for that dude. I solved it about half an hr after I read your message though so no worries - I was missing the bush from the freehub which led to it dragging on the bearings. Bogus really but thankfully I found all the missing parts and sorted myself out.
Hope you get everything sorted quickly.
Having the same problem - just replaced the freehub body to no avail.
You get any answers/fixes?
